Prof. Dr. hab. Gratiela Georgiana Noja is a Full Professor and Vice‑Dean for Research at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timișoara, Romania. She also coordinates doctoral studies in Economics. Her research focuses on labour economics, international migration, economic integration, digital transformation, and sustainable development, with numerous publications in top academic journals and volumes.
Members of the Institute of Economics have already established strong research ties with Prof. Noja, particularly through their joint participation in the IX International Applied Social Sciences Congress (C-IASOS 2025), held at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, from October 13 to 15, 2025. During the event, both Prof. Grațiela Noja and Prof. Tomasz Dorożyński served as keynote speakers and presented the results of their joint publications, offering an excellent opportunity to further deepen this collaboration.
